Effective Business Communication And a Forumla for Success
In a recent Dartnel poll, 97% of US managers surveyed believed that improved
communications would significantly increase performance within their organizations.
This Paul Charles program is designed to increase each participant's communication
awareness level and to improve the consistency and effectiveness of each participant's
general business communication.
Areas to be addressed include: We will also address the importance of tactfulness, observation,
research, preparation, and the concepts of structuring a group
presentation. Common areas of confusion, various comprehension
