Making Things Happen

Speaker and author Howard Wight said, "There are three types of people is sales. Those who make things happen, those who wait for things to happen, and those that don't know anything is even happening!"

Clearly, those who can inspire others to take action enjoy an advantage over those unable to do so. And those who are able to make things happen on a repeated basis without alienating their collegues, customers and clients are the true masters.

This program will shed light on proven ways of helping others to take "the action step." We'll also share persuasion techniques, communication strategies and will identify examples of how to take initiative and tactfully set the pace of business.
